We have 12 sets rubber vulcanization robots for o ring and gaskets productions, 6 sets optical inspection machines for quality products selections, more than 10000 sets available o ring molds from AS568 size to ISO3601 and JIS standard, 4 sets rubber trimming machines, two sets post cure ovens and all rubber technical performance test instruments like hardness tester, size projector instrument, tensile strength tester, compression set tester, aging tester, oil-resistant tester and so on. All these advanced equipments enhance our strict requirements for quality control.
