I. Product Features
1. High-temperature resistance: Fluororubber O-rings can maintain stable physical properties in high-temperature environments. Their high-temperature resistance can reach over 200℃, and some specially formulated products can even withstand higher temperatures.
2. Chemical resistance: FKM has excellent resistance to various chemical substances, including oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricants, inorganic acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.
3. Oil resistance: FKM O rings have excellent sealing performance in oily media and are not prone to expansion or deformation.
4. Wear resistance: Fluororubber material has high hardness and strength, which enables O-rings to have a long service life in friction and wear environments.

Iii. Production Process and Inspection Standards
1. Production process: The procedures of Brown FKM rubber O-rings productions mainly includes material selection, rubber compound mixing, extrusion or injection molding, vulcanization (heat curing), demolding and trimming, etc.
2. Inspection Standards: Before Shipment, We will conduct strict inspections on the brown Viton rubber O-rings, including appearance inspection, dimensional accuracy measurement, physical property testing (such as hardness test, tensile strength and elongation test, compression set test, etc.) and corrosion resistance test to ensure that the quality and performance of the O-rings meet the design requirements and usage needs.
